Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of intimate apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lingerie items unless they are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the above conditions and be requested within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@lacehime.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@lacehime.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lacehime.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@lacehime.com.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
